Question: How do I sign up for a Scout Master Conference or Board of Review?
Answer: The 2nd and 4th Monday evenings of each month have been set aside for these events. Each Scout will need to sign up for a Scoutmaster Conference or Board of Review AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE DESIRED DATE. This will enable the appropriate Adult Leaders to be available.
Question: Can I schedule a Scout Master Conference or Board of Review on the 1st or 3rd Monday of the month?
Answer: No, these evenings have not been set aside for these events.
Question: Why the change?
Answer: We're trying to enable Scouts and Adults to get home at a reasonable time on Monday evenings as well as ask all to responsibly plan ahead.
Question: What time will these events take place?
Answer: Promptly at 8:30 and ending by 9:00.
Question: Will this process change?
Answer: We are open for new ideas on conducting SMC and BOR and will definitely evaluate this process to ensure that it works for the Scouts and Adults.
